Hillwalking can be at any level to suit you.

 

Medium

Caroowkeel - this lovely easy walks over scenic terrain and rolling hills and meadows  will bring you up to the more 5000 years old chambered tombs. There are 5 tombs and you can enter most of them. This is a great photo opportunity!

Hard

The vertigo of Pinnacle Gully - Situated in the beautiful glencar valley, this walk takes you up a steep and dangerous gully and inside the mountain rock and brings you down by the magic staircase.  Not for the faint hearted.

Expeditions

Expeditions to other mountain ranges in Ireland can be organised. This also includes camping expeditions.

Mountain skills training 1 & 2

We provide mountain skills training 1 & 2 as per MCI guidelines.  This is a pre-requisite for the mountain

leader training scheme.

Camping

Camping expeditions are exciting events and take a little preparation.  Some training in Kayaking, Map reading, Camp craft, cooking and equipment.  We set off down stream by river to  an  island where we set up camp and settle in for a night of fun and games.
